Objectives

• Conduct research capturing the situation of Nigerian children; identifying gaps in laws, policies, and practices.
• Undertake collaborative study; in Nigeria, regionally, and internationally to improve the lives of children.
• If necessary, embark on strategic litigation to broaden legal and social changes for Nigerian children.
• Engage in evidence-focused advocacy that will stimulate policy changes as well as drive National Plans of Action in diverse areas of child law.
• Train, build capacity, and develop expertise to enhance children’s rights in professional practice.
• A focal platform for sharing ideas, and experiences on global best practices with scholars and practitioners within Nigeria, regionally, and internationally.
