Morenike Kehinde is the Founder of Maison Legal, a full-service law firm that has successfully represented clients from diverse industries.

She holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Law from the University of Lagos. She practices corporate law, corporate governance, business law, intellectual property, probate, property law, family law, alternative dispute resolution with a modest experience in litigation.

Over the past 14 years, Morenike has represented numerous clients, including startups, small businesses, corporations, families and individuals, providing them with comprehensive and strategic legal solutions. She has advised boards of several companies including Real Estate and Construction companies, Manufacturing Companies, Logistics Companies, FMCG companies (Fast Moving Consumer Goods), and NGOs, amongst others.

She is actively developing a specialized department within the firm dedicated to exploring the legal implications of emerging technologies, such as AI, Blockchain, Cybersecurity, Data protection, and Privacy. She is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, United Kingdom.

Research Interests: Governance, law and policy reforms.
